Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order is shipped, whichever comes first.

To request a cancellation, please contact us at desidecode02@gmail.com with your order details and proof of purchase.

If your cancellation request is received before the order is shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If the order has already been shipped or delivered, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may follow our Return Policy after receiving the product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your cancellation was approved and you have not received the refund, please contact us at desidecode02@gmail.com.
